Peptide Purity Testing

Peptide Analysis Services

Vanguard Laboratory offers peptide purity testing on a wide variety of peptides, including but not limited to:

    • Semaglutide
    • Terzepatide
    • Retatrutide
    • Somatropin
    • PT-141
    • Melotan 2
    • BPC-157
    • TB-500
    • TB-4
    • GHRP-2
    • GHRP-6

Vanguard Laboratory uses RP-HPLC UV to separate, identify and quantify the components in a peptide mixture, such as the target peptide and any impurities.

Vanguard Laboratory works with companies as well as private individuals to confirm peptide quality.

    How Does the Testing Work?

    • Peptide Purity is determined by UV absorption using RP-HPLC (reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography). This technique is used to separate, identify, and quantify components in a mixture, e.g. a target peptide and potential impurities.
    • Peptide sample in solution is pumped through a adsorbent column
    • Sample components interact differently with the adsorbent
    • Different flow rates lead to separation of components
    • UV detector generates a signal for each component at the end of the column

Allows for quantitative analysis of components

    How Long Does Testing Take?

Only 2 days after samples arrive to Vanguard!

Samples can either be mailed in, with our Sample Submission Form, or they can be dropped off in person from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. No appointment necessary!

How Much Does the Testing Cost?

With Vanguard's upfront pricing, there are no additional sample handling, storage or processing fees. The total per peptide for Purity and Quantity is

    $200
