You do not need to pay before mailing your samples. Within one week after intake, Vanguard will email an invoice with a secure payment link to the verified order address, or the address on a printable form. Pay before your reports are ready to prevent delivery delays.

Complete the form, place a copy in the package with your samples, and mail it to Vanguard Laboratory, 2635 Parkmont Ln SW, Suite A, Olympia, WA 98502. Results are emailed to the address on the form. Adding a photo to your COA is free.
Sterility takes 14 days. So the lab may send a preliminary COA with sterility marked pending. When sterility is done, you get an updated COA. The QR code stays the same and always opens the latest version.
Injectable peptides get sterility (USP 71). It is included in Gold and Elite. Capsules, tablets, topicals and sublinguals get bioburden (USP 61) instead. Either one is $150 when added. A sample gets one, not both.
Send us the other report and we will compare methods with you. Different columns, gradients and integration settings can move purity by a point or two, and where the gap is bigger than that we will rerun the sample from a fresh vial at no charge and tell you what we found either way. We don’t revise a report quietly; a reissued COA gets a new revision number and the old one stays on file.
Routine identity is retention time and UV spectrum against a reference standard, which settles it for most single compounds. We run LC-MS where the compound calls for it, and you can add LC-MS identity with the observed mass spectrum to any order. If you are not sure whether your compound needs it, ask and we will tell you.
A blend is one sample at the normal price, so GLOW or KLOW on Silver is $250, not $250 per compound. The purity number on a blend is the combined peak area of the intended compounds. If you need each compound reported on its own, send us the compound list before you ship and we will tell you whether we can resolve them.
Yes. Results go only to the address on the order, and we do not share client names, compounds or results with anyone else. A COA becomes public only if you choose to list it on verifiedbyvanguard.com.
