This site is run by Vanguard Laboratory (Olympic Analytical LLC, doing business as Vanguard Laboratory), 2635 Parkmont Ln SW, Suite A, Olympia, WA 98502. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Vanguard Laboratory.
When you use a quote, contact or sample form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, details about your product or project, and any message you write. Sample submission and chain of custody forms also record the samples you send and who handled them.
We use this information only to answer you, prepare a quote, do the testing or project you ask for, and send your reports and invoices.
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run this site, our email and our billing, and when the law requires it.
Your results are shared with you and the people you authorize. If you use Verified by Vanguard, what others can see on verifiedbyvanguard.com depends on the sharing settings you choose for each report.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads tags to measure our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technology and are run by Google under Google’s own privacy terms. The cookie banner on this site lets you accept or decline cookies that aren’t needed for the site to work.
Some pages show reviews from our Google Business Profile. The review widget loads names, photos and review text from Google’s servers.
We keep inquiry, sample and report records for as long as we need them to do the work and to meet our record-keeping and quality requirements.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or remove it, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy inquiry”, or call (360) 967-7010. Some records may need to be kept where the law or our quality system requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
